Guest guest
Baked Tilapia 6 - 8 Tilapia fillets olive oil 3 tablespoons melted butter Mrs Dash Salt Capers Thinly sliced onion Lightly oil a baking pan or Pyrex dish with olive oil. Place fish fillets in single layer on the bottom, pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle Mrs Dash, a little salt over top. Top with capers or sliced black olives and thinly sliced onions. Bake at 350 20 - 30 minutes or until fillets are opaque and flake with fork. (Tilapia is a very " forgiving " fish. Even when overcooked, it's still delicious and retains it's texture) ~ " We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere.
