Thanks for the information. I will check the bottle. I take a children

chewable which I absorb better than the others.

You should look for a multivit with most of all of it's vitamin A as

beta carotene. Or a very low dose of Vitamin A in the tablet (<2000

units of vitamin A). Or you could take it every 2nd or third day

instead.

Vitamins A, D, E, and K accumulate in our fat. Those vitamins can be

accidently " overdosed " on for that reason. Hoever, your body converts

only the amount of beta carotene required for the needed amount to

Vitamin A. Therefore it is relatively safe to ingest vitamins with no

Vitamin A and large amounts of beta carotene in them.
