I had heard just the opposite--that it can be helpful to take it at bedtime and to sleep through any nausea or other immediate side effects. That's what I do. I haven't experienced the slightest hint of nausea; I take 10 mg but will be increasing to 15 mg. this week. The day after taking MTX, I feel ok in the a.m. but quite tired and weak throughout the afternoon/evening. I try to keep the day unscheduled so I can rest when I need it. S. Guest guest
I do remember taking it in the evening a couple times and feeling better, but I told my rheumy and he said to go back to mornings right away. I don't remember feeling really bad, but I think I accidentally forgot one time and took it later and noticed I felt better. He said I might feel better but the MTX won't be as effective if I don't take it in the morning. > --- In , " xponder70 " <xponder70@y...> wrote: > > > 17.5 mgs on Saturday mornings.
