I find for now just relaxing with the lights dimmed and little noise helpful I usually daydream about some hike I want otv try or just a place I want to be . I do not think you will break any rules and they go over the emails any ways . I ll try to post th name of the book later . I am a bit anxoius about some surgery on my arm next tuesday. I learned transcendental meditation almost 45 years ago, but never used it much until recently... a great help... makes me act almost like a human being at times... my wiFe and son really appreciate the long-term effects of my daily meditation: it's lowerred my pain level, eased deprression, and lessened my being such a big prick on those bad days. I was being pretty grumpy a few days ago--really hurting from cold, damp weather--when my son asked " Dad did you meditate this morning? " And I thoughjt he'd never notice...
