discussion to an end and to avoid future controversy:

1) We wholeheartedly welcome off-topic posts.

2) It will make it easier for everyone to manage incoming mail if

off-topic posts include " OT " in the subject line.

3) If you have a request or a suggestion regarding the operation of the

group or have problems with a particular post or individual, it may be

prudent to appeal to me or a first. a and I will post your ideas

on your behalf and you will remain anonymous.
