help for a project on 'Resource Book - Guide'

I have a fine student PT doing an internship, and in lieu of an

inservice, she is compiling a resource book / guide / directory with a

list of sources of services and agencies that supply financial or

medical equipment or aid for those who cannot afford. Oddly enough,

this task has proven more arduous than we had anticipated.

If anyone has already worked up this list, kindly fax it to:
