Guest guest
June, please let us know what you find out about your ankle. I'll tell you where to go! Mayo Clinic in Rochester http://www.mayoclinic.org/rochester s Hopkins Medicine http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org Re: [ ] Surgery on Monday! > > , you will be surprised what you can do. The most important for me was my coffee in the morning before DH was up. I put my cup in the sink, slid the coffee pot over to the edge of the sink and tipped the coffee in. Don would set it up the night before, set the timer and done. I used the bandaged hand just to push with or balance and found I could do a lot of things using " pull and push " method. Just make sure you only use this method for things you really want to do. Other than that take advantage of the situation and enjoy the service LOL. > I am off to the hospital in the morning for x-ray of my left foot and ankle which my GP thinks I have a fracture in the foot or just above the ankle. On Wed. I got up from a chair and couldn't put any weight on my foot. To be on the safe side he gave me antibiotics just in case it is a bad infection. Whatever it is, I am not happy when anything stops me from getting around. > > Take care , hope all goes well for you. > > Hugs > June
