Guest guest
Although the majority of members who write have a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis, please keep in mind that we do have members who have lupus. There are also those here who don't have a firm diagnosis and are wondering if perhaps they have lupus. Just as there are different levels of severity of disease in RA, the same is true about lupus. Not all cases of lupus are characterized by serious organ involvement, and most disease can be well managed. The great majority of lupus patients are not facing the death sentence you may have heard about. As with RA, there is no cure for lupus, but current treatment and monitoring approaches are much better now than ever. There is much hope for the future. I'll tell you where to go!
