Guest guest
No compete clauses are still used today. I have been told AMR makes their employees sign one. I had to sign one at the last place I worked. The purpose (or so my ex-employer said) was to guarentee that the employee did not intentionally or accidently reveal company secrets to the competition. My question is: Have any of you heard of the employer suing the employee for violating the clause? Webb
