Guest guest
The board of Nursing does not have ANY control over paramedics, licensed or other wise. We are under Texas Dept of Health, not the board of nursing. We do not work under any nursing regulations only those set by the board of medical examiners, in which our medical director can delegate things to us, under his license. So, I would think that the Nursing board is wasting there time on this....just my opinion [texasems-L] Re: Paramedics in the ER I have heard that the new Texas Nursing Practice Act is supposed tochange the "in ER" scope of practice for paramedics due to the adventof Licensed Paramedics. Can anybody verify?
