Jim -

My chiro just gave me a set of exercises to do, also. I had gotten

them before from other chiro's but it was a standard sheet everyone

got. My DC actually did a posture check and tailored my exercises to

my problem. I only got 3 to do (thank goodness - LOL) and 2 of them

she said I'd probably have to do for life.

I am just thrilled at the care I am receiving at her office. I have

been to several DC's over the years and no one had done manipulations

the way I am receiving them now. She is even doing things to correct

my posture - just a light tap on particular areas when my body is

positioned a certain way on the table. It's kind of the way you'd

give someone a pat on the back. You don't even feel anything. I can

tell you though, I was walking much straighter from Tuesday's

appointment today! A noticeable difference.

I had to agree to sit for a class (an hour long) with the DC to

discuss all aspects of staying well (the spine was only 1/4 of the

class). The class was free. They aren't selling anything and they

don't push pills. I asked for a vitamin schedule which she gave me

but said I could purchase them anywhere as long as I followed the

guidelines. They even give out a book to read so you can properly

education yourself on the spine, chiropractic treatments and wellness.

My life was saved so I'm an advocate but I give caution to anyone

going to select the best so you feel your best and no harm will come

to you.

I'm in upstate NY if you need a recommendation.

Blessings,

Dawn
