It seems that in this fat-free world, pork rinds are absolutely impossible to come by in these parts. I ate the whole bag (barbeque flavour), and then found out that sugar was the number 2 ingredient. So I guess there were some carbs, but my bg didn't seem to react, so there weren't many.
