Math minute:

1 mg Epi 1:1000 (1 ml) X 2 plus 10 cc flush = 12 cc

1 mg Epi 1:10000 (10 ml) X 2 plus 10 cc flush = sperm whale

Any documentation on the use of 1:1000 via 1:10000?
