Hello All,

I recently posted what I know to be true about narcotics and the workplace

however, what I didn't say and didn't consider at the time is that each employer

obviously has the right to decide whether or not they will allow you to work

under the infulence of a narcotic.

What I stated earlier is just the federal law as it was explained to me by

the Federal Labor Board and recently confirmed by an attorney. I wanted to go

back into practice myself but would have to start out under the supervision of

an office so I needed to know for sure and what I stated is what I was told!
