Guest guest
Hi , At the present moment, I am not in Tucson, but I will be there for a little over 3 months starting in January for school. I am currently living in VA, for school. Before VA, I lived in Tucson for about 13 years. It was there that I was originally diagnosed with SLE at the time, which has been changed to a diagnosis of RA. I know that my rheumatologist offered to give me the name/number of a patient for me to talk to when I was first diagnosed. That person was another college-age student (about my age at the time). You might want to ask if your rheumy would be willing to try to locate someone for you to talk to.... But I'll be there in less than a month and would love to get together if you're interrested. Just send me an email. Right now I'm too busy and not reading most of the posts. But I'll get back to readign once I am done with my exams. McK in VA - then Tucson - then New Mexico -then who knows hi there, i was looking for people who have RA in my city of tucson, AZ. i was specifically looking for people under 50. is anyone out there? i contacted my local arthritis foundation and they dont do support groups anymore so i'm on my own. any advice? julie
