Guest guest
I bought something new to me to clean with. It's Clorox spray with Teflon. It's supposed to put a Teflon coating on so things don't stick as easily. I've been using it on my kitchen sinks and in the bathtub and it seems to be working. Doesn't seem like anything gets as dirty as quickly. Also there is a toilet bowl cleaner with Teflon in it. Anything to save a few more days of work for me! Guest guest
Thanks for the heads up on this new product. I will look for it but it may not be here in Canada yet. My boys call me Tidy Tilly and the Clean Queen because of all the cleaning products I have in my cupboards. I am a real sucker for the TV ads and just have to try them. I just saw a product called Robot cleaner and it is a round machine that you just put on the floor and it goes from one place on the floor, under furniture etc. This is one I am a little skeptical of since I can't figure what happens if it can get stuck in place bya sofa leg etc. LOL.The one thing that stops me is it is $19.99 US which when translated into the Canadian $ is more than I want to pay. Guest guest
Your right, at only 19.99 it probably wouldn't work to well because it is probably brainless. My Mom bought a roomba(which this sounds like a take off of) which works OK but cant deal with carpet edges or get into corners too well-it also cost about $200 US but it has its own brain so its knows enough not to try to go down stairs and what not.One big problem is the internal dustpan is miniscule so it must be emptied frequently. --- June Dixon <juner24@...> wrote: > Thanks for the heads up on this new product. Guest guest
I saw one of those robot sweepers at the mall last week. It really did seem to work! It never got stuck, just sort of rolled away in a different direction. I also saw in the same store (I think it was the Sharper Image) one of those chairs that rolls your back and feels like the ultimate massage. The price was $800 and upwards. It felt like a little piece of Heaven! That store has so many amazing things. Never go in there with a credit card!
