I meant to post earlier about hydration, and then I got sidetracekd with the news about VA hospials as I was headed for the VA hosp when I saw that on the news- and I forgot about hydration. SO IMPORTANT. WATER. Also get enough rest-sleep. I would be careful with the sanitizer so as not to make your skin too dry- consider lotion - becuz cracked skin will allow bacteria to enter. Otherwise YES! Handwashing, water and sleep.
