At the present, we have the " Notice to Adult Victims of Family Violence "

available, as required by the Family Code. However, we do not have a

written policy on distribution of this notice, other than simply following

the requirements in the code. I would be interested in knowing how other

departments handle this. Do you have a more detailed policy you would be

willing to share, or any comments or suggestions regarding the need for a

more detailed policy?
