Guest guest
It's important for ALL pre-hospital EMS providers to understand how to estimate normal weights in children. A great formula is found in Tintinalli's Emergency Medicine, to wit: AGE WEIGHT IN KILOGRAMS <12 months Half of the age in months plus 4 1-10 years Twice the age in years plus 10 Somebody come up with a MNEMONIC for this!!!!!
