I've been sitting with this some more, the discomfort, the

justifications I've been coming up with, etc.

I came up with the belief:

" People should do the work the way they want to " , started inquiring

into that, hit the belief " People shouldn't try and control how people

do the work " , then got to the " because " behind that:

People cannot be trusted, specifically people that have not

investigated all of the beliefs that they hold.

Hi Jon,

I've been sitting with this one myself.

I've progressed more in the following direction.

1) There are rules about what is allowed, about how things should be

done.

2) The people that make the rules know more than me. (I found this

not to be true .. in many cases)

3) Belief: Rules are meant to be broken.

4) Belief: Rules are created by fearful people to limiit others so

the rule makers can feel safe. This ties in nicely with your

" People cannot be trusted ... "
