I have been trying to qualify for the PQRS  DM  incentive, due Jan 10,  but after gathering  medicare B  pts who were seen in 2011  and have diabetes,, but only 11 of my origninal list of 35 actually meet the criteria to be included.  Does anyone know if there are exceptions to the # of 30 required , for small practices?   I tried to call CMS  and had a frustrating 45 min on phone ending without an answer !

Ron, I am working with an Illinois contractor for 2012 PQRS. I will ask her and get back to you. PS Why don't you believe the 24 don't qualify?
