Don't have the references for you but I believe they are low in Vitamin D, and topical vitamin D in ointment is one of the treatments, but Naturopaths have them take 10000iU a day for 2-3 months and check the level, and check for clinical improvement.

Flax seed oil, in general very good for skin conditions such as eczema. Someone with more knowledge than me?

this basic list to avoid works for psoriasis:

paprika

seafood especially shellfish

chicken and therefore eggs

dr. horvitz..

have you found positivity with alcat on this?

Have not used Alcat.

Sent off my first LEAP test a few weeks ago, so am a newbie to the testing.

Testing may be helpful but avoiding the major triggers alone may work for the

majority of patients without the added cost of LEAP testing.

I hope the LEAP is successful as I tend to get many patients with unknown causes

of disease that traditional hamster wheel docs don't want to deal with.
