I'm sad today (and aching pretty bad)

Hi guys,

My friend picked me up this afternoon and brought me to the humane

society. I ended up having to put my ferret to sleep today that I

loved dearly (im a huge animal lover) and it was pretty hard on me. I

hated to do it but I know he isnt suffering anymore. My friend was so

sweet and brought me a pretty box to bury him in, and some flowers to

put at his 'grave' out back.Her husband works at a monument company

and he is going to get a piece of scrap marble and have his friend

engrave his name on it....so sweet and they knew how upset i

was...these pets of mine are my kids.

So we buried him in a box with an older baby blanket she had for her

boys and he has his own little grave out back.

Afterwards she brought me to walmart and we got a really nice toaster

oven thats basically a mini oven that we can use...we may just forget

about eventually getting a stove and use the toaster oven, our

microwave, crock pot but i may end up getting one of those small fry

daddy things we can do fries and chicken in. she had a storage shed

with some stuff and found us a table counter thing we can use to put

our appliances on too. im so glad i met her. shes such a great

friend and we get along so good. she has fibro and is on meds so we

kinda understand what eachother is going through. My hubbys been

helping hers with learning the guitar so we help eachother out.

on top of all else the weathers been crazy here...one day in 40s and

bitter and next day its been in 60s. which is good considering our

propane is almost empty. when i get my check i might end up having to

get a few of those oil filled heaters or something cause i cant afford

the lamost a grand to fill it back up- forget that lol. but im home

now, sad but trying to get some rest and get my leg to feeling better.

i hope you all are doing ok...i know the weathers been really cray out

in western states and hope you havent had any tornados or bad snow

ect.
