There was a change this year to allow annual wellness visit at the time of E/M. Modifier goes on e/m code. CMS will pay full AWV of $150 in addition to E/M.

, I haven't been offering AWVs, for the reasons others have outlined, but

I'm desperately seeking money to stay open! Do you know if Medicare Advantage

Plans pay for the same service? I guess they should have to... Most of my

Medicare patients have switched over to MA plans.---Sharlene
