MDVIP is only one cash practice model.  Their high fees would limit the number of MDVIP practices in a specific area far more than lower cost cash or direct practice models.  I doubt they would share their information or, if they did share their data, that it would be very helpful in planning for other model direct practices.

 

My understanding that Gordon is not able to stay current on the listserve all the time these days, so I don't know when he'll be able to answer. But he is working more on methods to demonstrate quality to payers, not so much on direct-pay models. I think that MDVIP people may have looked at this question more.
