/a--Checking doctors' references

Can you guys or anyone refresh my memory on the web site that checks

(hopefully for free) the references of doctors? A visitor to the

Dercum site is recommending a doctor to us who " has treated Dercums

for years " but this person seems a bit questionable to us, and we

want to check this doctor out on line first, but I can't seem to find

that site. Thanks for helping out this brain-fogged ole lady!

This is a pay site but I'm not sure if they give you any more info than the

state sites:

I hope it is true that you've found an experienced doctor and he is

reputable. You can also try putting his name in google and see what comes

up. At a recent computer users group that I belong to, they discussed the

value of googling yourself (sounds kind of perverted LOL!)

To see what comes up. Put the doctor's name in parenthesis to search for

his entire name so that you can narrow down the search.
