Guest guest
Kathy, That is an interesting question, which codes are they using. CPT specifically specifies that the OV codes are for " services provided in the physician's office or in an outpatient or other ambulatory facility. " So, is it fraudulent to charge a non-homebound person's insurance 99214 for a home/office/hotel visit? This is starting to make my head hurt...Sharlene > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > House calls for 1 hour visit pays between 79 and 119.
