Anyone use Mitochon free EHR

http://mitochon.com/I haven't gotten onboard with an EHR yet.... What are some key features, qualities to look for.?.. Do you keep copies of the records on your own storage devices? It makes me nervous to have all my pt's records out of my hands... If you change or quit an EHR, do you have to pay for getting your patient records?
