Guest guest
Barb, That is the way that I feel about it, on the other hand has a different opinion on the subject. Oh, I think that he will get a transplant when the time comes and if he is qualified. is very down on life though as he had a rough one after his parents divorced. He blames a lot of his emotional prob. on that. I personally feel that it is up to the person whether you let your past control your future and that is where we have a lot of problems. Plus, is an alcoholic and has other medical problems so he doesn't really think that he will even qualify for transplant. Only God knows the outcome and as for me well, I play it day by day, that is all that I can do. But I do agree with you on the transplant/dying issue. I am told that I have a " cold " outlook as far as death goes. It makes me sad but we are born to live and die and eventually it is going to happen so, in my opinion, there is no sense dwelling on it. Live your life to the best of you ability and be thankful for what you do have. Just my philosophy, hope I have not offended you or anyone else. Guest guest
Spring, I agree with you on the 'death thing'. Your outlook on it isn't 'cold' it's practical. You can't live your whole life thinking about death or you end up squandering life. Life is precious and should be lived. <end of soapbox mode> Steve Lawson (very much alive and kicking). ------------------------------------------- springreed@... wrote: > > Barb, > > That is the way that I feel about it, on the other hand has a > different opinion on the subject.
