Cabins are pressurized to 5000 feet, I understand, and most of my Afib episodes in the mountains were at higher elevations than that. Keep in mind that I'm probably a less severe case than most, according to what I read here. Trudy, in response to the discussion on panic attacks vs. afib, I've decided that I don't know what connection, if any, there is for me between emotions and the onset of afib.
