Have you ever tried going to the ER when your pain is so severe? I think I

would in your shoes, especially since that pain Dr. took you off the patch and

then made himself unavailable with no alternatives for pain...that is just plain

WRONG. Cymbalta is not going to cut it for you, obviously. Did you even start on

that yet?

I know how frustrating it is, but if you must, see another Dr. These Dr. can

yank you around, make you feel even worse than when you went in(some of those

injections do make it worse for some people), make you question yourself and

your pain, and to what end? Please, listen to you gut feeling tomorrow.

Hopefully the PT will consist of some kind of pain control.

Take care and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he listens to you and hears

your needs, not just his own adgenda (do I sound cynical or what?).
