My secret is to try and take it easy, no cleaning three rooms back-

to-back... and take a nap on the days I don't work (if I have my

daughter, it's up to her whether she lets me take a nap). On

Saturday/Sunday I find that about an hour after I wake up is when I

need a nap the most. On weekdays, I try to get to bed as early as I

can.
