But thats the entire reason I came to the work, because as far as I can tell, I am the person I have a problem with. And at the behest of the very kind woman on the other end of the Hotline (and an emotional breakdown today) I have decided to do a little on myself. Heres a couple I pondered I should love myself I shouldnt be anxious I shouldn't have stressful thoughts Oh boy oh boy, let me tell you how nice it feels to question those. The only turn arounds I used were, I shouldnt love myself until I do. I should be anxious if I am, and I should have stressful thoughts.
