Hi All,

Woke up this morning and I felt weird and I thought to myself something is

different. I did my morning routines one of the first is checking my blood

sugars it was closer to normal than it has been in a long time!

Then it hit me, I wasn't in bone jarring, spasming, muscle wrenching ....pain!

My feet felt a little achy but I could walk without stopping to lean against

something for support and my shoulder wasn't aching and throbbing and I could

actually reach for something without flinching!

I would've danced a jig if I wasn't scared of setting things off again.

Normally, I would take advantage of a painless day and try to catch up on

things around the house. Instead I took a stroll out side since it was sunny and

then I sat down and watched a little TV and played games on the computer. I just

really relaxed and all I'm going to do is fix a nice dinner for my hubby later

on.

And speaking of games, I asked my hubby if he would get me the SIMS for my

birthday which is in 4 days. He was all happy about that! He has already given

me an early birthday gift and that was 3 pairs of very comfortable shoes. I wear

one pair around the house that look like ballet slippers but are much sturdier.

Welcome to all new members and thanks to those who've responded with their

well wishes and I hope everyone's week started out well and will end well.

Here's to painless days,

J.
