I'm sorry to read you aren't sleeping well and have increased pain. The price we

pay for a social life But it's worth it sometimes, as we have to have some

kind of life. I'm glad you were able to get out.

Isn't it terrible that when our spouses are away it just turns our world upside

down. I don't blame you on the aide, I would have a hard time too, especially if

I had someone already helping out with other things. An Aide can't replace him!

That's so sweet of you. I'm sure it will make him feel good if you tell him

about it

I'm glad you have plans for this weekend and I hope you feel up to carrying them

out.

Hi,

I am up again late and cannot sleep. My husband has been gone lately and all I

can seem to do is sleep. I went out with an old friend of mine yesterday and

today I just cant seem to move. We have help around the house which is good but

my husband mentioned getting an ''aid'' to help me personally while he is away.

I dont believe I will take him up on his offer and think I can manage on my own.

I just wish he was home with me more and i could be more active as I was.

I am going to try to get some sleep but will probably be on this weekend. We

had some plans but those might be broken.
