Guest guest Posted September 27, 2004 Report Share Posted September 27, 2004 Zucchini Bread 2 cups Bisquick 1 1/2 cup Shredded Zucchini (1 medium) 3/4 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil 3 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Heat oven to 350. Grease the bottom of 9x5x3 Loaf Pan. Beat all ingredients in medium bowl with electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
