" Good statement Jennie, There are Pace classes(People with Arthritis can Exercise) available everywhere and The Arthritis Society can direct you to a class near you. It is quite amazing to see the difference people who start the classes, stiff and unable to move without pain, after a few weeks, greatly reduced joint pain and great improvement in mobility.
