Guest guest
Let Go Of Stress Forgive Yourself. Before you go to sleep at night, forgive yourself for anything dumb you might have done. Not only will you have a more restful night, but it will give you a clean slate for a new tomorrow. Write On. Defuse stress by releasing it through words onto paper. All you need is a journal, a favorite pen and a few minutes here and there to scribble your thoughts - on the train, during lunch hour, when the kids are napping or just before bed. The words add up and you feel better. Write down your feelings. Write them down and then let them go. Just use your imagination. When you're overwhelmed by a problem (the deadline is impossible, the boss is a bear, the kids cannot get along), close your eyes for a minute and make a quick escape to a beautiful place. Imagine yourself taking a leisurely walk down the beach. Then, picture yourself letting your problem slide into the water and watching it drift away with the waves until it's out of sight. Doing this often brings great results - and relief. Remember, little things count big. It might be your child's smile, the fact that an old friend called, or no morning traffic. The point is, instead of waiting to win the lottery or buy a bigger house or a fancier car, be grateful here and now. It takes away the stress of feeling deprived, limited or lacking, and leaves you feeling full and satisfied with the so-called little things. Have a Stress Free Day TODAY AND EVERY DAY !!! ~ " If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you've made me smile, the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand.
