Done that, they apparently have chosen not too see ANY doctor.. dysfunctional is right. " If you did that, they would be former patients now and not (your) problem.

DONE THAT ,and done that and done that, with one of the patients, she came in reluctantly last year,but just absolutely refuses to come in this year, its just a mind set I guess.

I don't give more that 3 months refills ...

I have a policy about calling for refills. In it it states that when

your refills have expired it is your responsibility have your

appointment scheduled to have the prescription filled in a timely

manner ( it says something like that)

Sounds like it is time to dismiss her.  We will often blame the state: " in order for Dr. Pratt to comply with state regulations, he is required to see you at least once per year if you want him to continue to prescribe your medication for you. "
