Hi Donnie,

It must in the weather my pain is a 10+++++ spasms and meds just are not strong

enough. I am so tired of taking all these meds!

The use a large needle to isolate a specific nerve, then they run high frequency

sound waves to the needle positioned on the nerve.  This ends up burning the

nerve and theoretically killing it.  It does hurt when it is done and there is

pain for a couple of days.  I had it done and it did not work for me at all,

even though it was done correctly.  My nerves just regenerated and very quickly

too.

How long have you been married?

Did you have chronic pain when you married her? Or it happened later?

what you have said in the past about your wife it sounds like she does not

understand what you are going threw.

Donnie how old are you? Reason I am asking are you willing to start all over?

You are right having a mate. That understands and loves you makes life a lot

better happiness is something we all deserves.

I should have added that if there was any chance that it would help my pain I

would do it again in a heartbeat.  I was also reminded that the pain it was

meant to help did lessen quite a bit, when you have one type of pain replaced by

10 other types sometimes you forget.  So I am really really sorry about that

previous wrong information I gave my memory is going.

I think most of are in the same boat. maybe 2 days out of 7 my husband is a

little understanding. but I have to push myself with everything I have. and

when I have those really bad days with there is just no pushing he really

Jena,

I think my husband married me because he thought I would take care of him. I

was working full time as a pharmacist, making good money, I cooked, did all the

cleaning and did everything with the kids. No wonder I got sick! Now that he

has to pitch in, it's such an inconvenience. Sometimes, though, I think our

problems scare them and it comes out as anger. Men don't do scared very well.

I sure wish my husband would come to counseling with me, but he's so perfect.

Storms are coming and my pain is getting worse by the minute. All these people

are coming over for Father's Day and I won't even be able to get out of bed.

At least we are loved in this group, heh.

Hey Dottie, I take the Opana ER 40 mg 2x's a day and Roxycodone 15mg up to 4 a

day so far it works the best of anything I have taken. I can't handle the

oxycontin meds. they depress me terribly. all I want to do is lay on the couch

with my eyes closed. Have you seen the price of the Opana before insurance

pays? here in Ga at Rite Aid it is 796.00 at CVS 736.00. that is pretty

ridiculous. Boy am I every thankful for ins. there is no way I could afford it

without my ins. I have a 45.00 co-pay. big difference.

OPANA ER 20mg x2 a day,and Hydromorphone 4mg x5 a day as needed.I can up it if

needed.I ended up in ER taking Oxy,am allergic to codiene,tried a few that

others are on,but what I take now works.For sleep I take Restoril 15mg...I dont

think these politicians-drug " experts " realize what works for some,might kill

Hi Donnie,

It is OTC Tylenol & Vicodin & Percocet that has been recomended to the FDA to

lower the dos (on the OTC) or ban (the Vicodin & Percocet). People can od on it

because it's hard on the liver if you take too much/for too long.

I am so sorry things at home still suck! Why do you have to sell your things?

I'm sure it is a very hard time for you now, especially when there is property

involved. It soulnds like you have a good plan though to live right on the land

in your own place. Do you think that will work out? Take care!

do you have to do the drug screen every month Alana? My Dr's Tech made a it look

like I was there to get my meds early 2 months ago and made a scene to my Dr.

and I was quite upset with my Dr for letting her do it. because he has been

seeing me for 5 years. but this is the first tech he has been able to keep

longer than a couple of months. his schedule is so busy. but she is a total

B & *^%!!!!! anyways I had to take a drug screen and for some reason my ins.

didn't pay for all of this one. but this is the first one I have gotten a bill

on. and it was for 48.00. and that is a lot when you are paying 6 other Dr. and

hospital bills. I have noticed that my dr has gotten a lot more strict with

his patient's not only did he do this to me but I have seen it happen to alot of

his patients. I did get things straight between him and me before we talk about

anything else at my last visit. I told him if he did not trust me I would not be

back. I do trust him and he is good at his job but his patient load has grown so

and he is almost too busy. Plus his B* & ^ & Tech! I have tried so hard to be nice

to the girl but I honest believe if she smiled her face would crumble.

IT IS totally ridiculous what meds cost. my mama has pulmonary hypertension and

her lung Dr. put her on a med that was 7000.00 dollars a month. the ins ok it

for so many month's and then they refused to pay anymore. it had all kinds of

really bad side effects and I really didn't like her taking the med to begin

with. so needless to say she decided to stop taking it. and she actually felt

better. Thank God.

with them paying that price for just one of their meds not to mention all the

others. daddy is 73 and mama 69 and she is in poor health so she takes alot of

meds. they would have been completely wiped out money wise in no time at all.

I am so glad to hear that u are getting out and away from your wife. She must be

pissed.

I had some bad luck with my meds last week my dr upped me on neurotin and it

started making me high so somewhere in that evening I lost count of how many I

took and ended u with seizures and one hell of a ride . I don't want to do that

again. Seen to many weird stuff that night. Lol

I know exactly what you mean there. I am still up as my dear husband decided to

throw a fit before he went to work. I tell him I can't sleep all day like you

do. so why do you think you have to get me upset so I can't sleep. and then the

next day I can't hardly go. he has been going to church the last 2 Sunday's and

the preacher has been preaching on marriage. I sure am glad he went. cause if it

helped. I would have hated to see what he would have been like without it. Hope

hi monica rite now i am not fesecliy or financacly able to go mete me a new gal

but a am so happy i got all my gals here in syber space and thay all make me

happy and me have a good time so rite now what more could i ask for as bab as i

Hi! Unfortunately for me,I am allergic to soo many things we tried.I now take

OPANA ER 20mg x2 a day,and Hydromorphone 4mg x5 a day as needed.I can up it if

needed.I ended up in ER taking Oxy,am allergic to codiene,tried a few that

others are on,but what I take now works.For sleep I take Restoril 15mg...I dont

think these politicians- drug " experts " realize what works for some,might kill

others..grrr! Dottie

Thanks for this, Dottie. One of the meds is what I take. But my pain doctor

has more than that in his arsenal, I'm sure. I do, however, feel sorry for

those individuals that don't have other options. I guess I just can't

imagine that there aren't other options. Nae
