Hi Dee,

I started taking the Uva Ursi about 1 month ago. I have been taking it 2 x a

day with meals like you mentioned in your post. However, I take it every

day. You also mentioned that you should not take it more than 2 days at a

time.

Please comment on this, because I don't want to do any serious harm to my

bladder or kidneys.

Wish I had some advice for you, but I don't really know. That's what

I'd read in several places (about the dosage) What does it say on your

bottle or whatever? Apparently if you've been taking it for a month,

I'd think you would have felt some side effects by now. So... who

knows? I'll try to do a little more thorough search and see what I
