Guest guest Posted September 22, 2004 Report Share Posted September 22, 2004 Boy do you make me feel like a wimp if a light workout is 2-3 miles of walking a night. My exercise program consists of watching the dogs run around the yard, walking to the bathroom and getting something to drink from the fridge! Maybe I should be trying harder but don't know where to start as I'm still getting over a pretty bad time healthwise. Maybe I'm not doing too bad considering a month ago I couldn't walk more than 4 steps at a time. Think I'll check out the archives for some advice. Are you new here 'cause I don't remember your name?
