If anyone has any answers about this, please post to the group. I am

already fighting tooth and nail to get TN's Medicaid to authorize my

specialist in FMS/MPS pain management, and now I'll have to go out of

state for a Chiari specialist as well!

I won my first go-round, and the state appealed it. Naturally. I have

no lawyer; can't afford one and Legal Aid was "too booked" to help me. I just got the state's new brief (after the deadline to submit info to

the commissioner's office, of course), and their attorney ripped me to

shreds -- and lied in the process! Totally misconstrued everything Dr.

B and I had said! I was, and am, furious. And frustrated!

Now I'm getting ready for another battle?? God help me; when does it

end?? Why must everything be a bloody fight??

Thank you all!

God bless,

Sharon in Nashville (aka "Beep")
