I cannot lol about that, Rob. Greed in the form of lawsuits is a

major problem draining this country of innovation and risk-taking.

In my area, there's a class action attorney who makes those horrible

TV commercials encouraging people to join suits against drug

companies. I swear, he had a new one for Vioxx out within 24 hours

after the announcement was made. It's really too bad that these

attorneys have turned what should be very serious concerns about

product safety into such a money-grubbing operation.

filed.

yeah i read about that...ive retained a very reputable attorney here in

slc.....so either way im covered and wont have to pay out to ambulance chasers

.....just my own lawyer......he says I have a very good case........i am going to

an eye doc tommorrow to have my vision loss verified and that is was as a result

of the stroke and not an eye problem....things are looking good
