Close your eyes if you will for a while. Take a few deep

breaths and hold till comfortable and slowly exhale.

Concentrate your attention into the middle of your head.

Place your entire consciousness of yourself into this area.

Stay there in silence as you ponder the following words.

When thine eyes shall be as one, divine light will fill your

entire being.

Surrounding you is infinity, all around you. Infinity is below

You. Infinity is above you.

You are the center of the world.

Your eyes and God’s eyes are One Eye. The eye with which

you perceive God with is the same eye with which God

perceives you.
