I'm so proud of you for taking steps forward!! Don't worry about the

wiggles and jiggles--all people will see is a determined individual

trying to make improvements. Only your beauty will show!

Hi All...tomorrow is my first day of going to the YMCA. I am fairly

terrified, but quite determined. I am fortunate to live in an area

where the YMCA has a scholarship for low income/disabled folks, so I

have no membership fee but small monthly dues and I can use any/all of

the facilties and classes.

I am scared of the " guy " factor, and scared of my shrinking but jiggly

body drawing attention. But I'm more afraid to lose my good, strong

muscle mass and my mobility, so I'm going. Period. : )

If you think of me, please send some prayers Heavenward. This is an

amazing journey, indeed, but pretty emotionally challenging as well.

Much love....
