I am in catch-up mode due to being out of the office half of October at a number of meetings and most of November in Africa. Finally the office backlog is slowing down, but between working on meaningful use for my own practice (which I have decided I will not be able to attest to for the 2011 year) and an EMR implementation consulting gig this month, I am still burning the candle at both ends. However, I do hope to get the details together for the IMP Self-Assessment Recognition Program for Patient-Centered Medical Home this weekend, so those of you on the listserv who have been waiting for me to send them to you should expect emails in the next few days.
