Once in awhile my armpit swells up and feels exactly like my fingers and toes- and then it backs down in a day or 2. The same thing happens in my groin where my thigh joins the trunk of my body- that makes it very painful to walk- but it is gone before the doc can even return my phone call. Just wondering if anyone else has this happen. I do, in fact I noticed a hard lump in the inside of my leg. Course, it went away after a week. Is it just our immune systems fighting infection?
