Guest guest
a, I went to office Max and got a table for my laptop that is just like the hospital tables. It has a adjustable height and it is great for food, laptop and to hold books while you read. Oh yea it also rolls. Guest guest
My husband helps me greatly to make life a little easier for me. I also have a Dyson vaccum, which is easy to use and easy to dump the canister. I don't have to kneel over or do anything other than push a button. I will sit on the edge of our bathtub to clean out one of the two cat litter boxes we have. For the second cat litter box, I sit on one of the kitty carriers. We live in a disability house, so the door knobs are not knobs but handles. So, that makes things so much easier when I can't open doorknobs. We also have furniture placed throughout the house at just enough distances apart to allow me to have something to hold on to almost constantly if I can barely walk due to leg pain. Our kitchen is a work in progress, at least until we get a pantry cabinet. Then, we can rearrange the cabinets to allow for easier access for a lot of things. Hugs! Guest guest
> >What other things do you fine people find helpful? A roll of grip mat from the dollar store, cut up in to pieces. Keeps cutting boards on the counter, and my plate on the table. Jar opener with big foam covered handles. Lever style doorknobs. Leaving my underwear drawer open. Foot operated mouse buttons.
