I'd go to bed when I got home from work and sleep until I had to get ready to go back. I've had fibro for at least 40 years and I still react that way when I'm in a flare. I come home from work, clear any messages that need to go through to the group, and then go to sleep. I'll sleep until the bathroom calls me :-) Then I check again for messages that may need clearing. Once done with that, I go back to bed and sleep until my alarm clock goes off in the morning. Some days, during a flare, I can barely drag my butt to work. Once there, I can usually muster up enough energy to cheerfully accomplish the things that need to be done. Other days though, my " tired indifference " is impossible to overcome. -- Lyndi

Guest guest
I understand that feeling and am sorry for anyone who has to deal with it. I used to take a nap back in the storeroom for 30 minutes. I'd take some Ensure to work so I could drink that easily and sleep for 30 minutes sitting on cases of IV fluids. My watch had an alarm and I rested my head on the arm with the watch so I'd be sure to be awakened by it.
